Request Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your AIppetite account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Send an email to our support team at voylesbusiness@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"

Include your account email address in the body of the email so we can locate your account

We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email when complete

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

Account information (email, name) Permanently deleted
Profile photo Permanently deleted
Saved recipes Permanently deleted
Pantry ingredients Permanently deleted
Meal plans and menu history Permanently deleted
Grocery lists Permanently deleted
Friend connections Permanently deleted
Subscription status Permanently deleted
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid future charges.

Retention Period

Once we process your deletion request, all data is removed immediately from our active systems. Backup copies may take up to 30 days to be fully purged from our backup systems.
